**Responsibilities**
- **Market Research**: Gather Market intelligence for existing HORECA clients & Distributors in given geography
- **Travel**: intensively in market for and interact, pitch our Value proposition to customers/Distributor Partners
- **New Partner Onboarding**: Welcome and onboard new HORECA partners onto our platform, effectively presenting our value proposition.
- **Key Account Management**: Manage key accounts and oversee the entire customer sales cycle, from order placement to delivery.
- **Customer Engagement**: Proficiently engage with customers to encourage repeat orders and persuade them to conduct transactions on our platform.
- **Sales Growth**: Be accountable for increasing our daily customer base and the volume sold on our platform.
- **Issue Resolution**:Maintain close communication with customers, promptly raising and addressing concerns without compromising the customer experience.
- **Performance Tracking**:Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and achievements.

- Language Skills: Proficiency in regional language is essential.
- Person should be familiar about the city and have own means of commute.
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (PGDM, MBA Marketing, BSc agriculture, Bachelor of Agriculture, BBA in agriculture Management
- MBA Fresher, PGDM Fresher
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
