Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products or services, their features, and benefits.
**Monitor and study the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants and Catering) market closely - identify new leads and approach them proactively, through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.**
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Relationship Building
**Conduct thorough research on prospects and their businesses to understand their requirements and business.**
Present, promote, and demonstrate our products to prospective clients with the aim of closing sales.
**Actively follow up on leads and inquiries, nurturing relationships throughout the**
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Primary & Secondary customers including distributors.
- Address customer concerns and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Targets and Reporting
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and profession
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Track and analyze sales data, prepare sales reports and present findings to management regularly. Team Collaboration:
- Update detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- FMCG, HoReCa: 2 years (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (preferred)
