**Position Overview**:
As a Horeca Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in the hospitality, restaurant, and café (Horeca) segment. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our products and services, meet sales targets, and contribute to the growth of our business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition and Relationship Building**:
Identify potential leads and customers within the Horeca segment in the Malad area.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and other relevant establishments.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
**Sales Target Achievement**:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
**Product Knowledge and Promotion**:
Understand our product offerings thoroughly.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to clients.
Promote our products to potential customers.
**Market Research and Trends**:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Provide insights to the management team for strategic decision-making.
**Reporting and Documentation**:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
**Experience**: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the Horeca segment.
**Skills**:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday (standard working hours).
