**Responsibilities**:

- Calendar Management: Efficiently handle and coordinate active calendars for senior staff members, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are managed effectively.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule, confirm, and coordinate meetings, both internal and external, while ensuring all necessary arrangements are made to facilitate smooth proceedings.
- File Organization: Maintain meticulous file organization based on office protocol, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval of documents as needed.
- Social Media Management: Assist with basic social media handling for the institution, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to promote the chamber's activities and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with basic social media platforms.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in an administrative role preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
