**Responsibilities**
- **Order Management**:

- Verify order details, including quantity, specifications, and pricing.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for order fulfillment and dispatch.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, delivery timelines, and pricing.
- Address and resolve basic complaints or escalate issues as needed.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Record daily sales and order transactions using Microsoft Excel and Tally (if applicable).
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other documents.
- **Inventory Coordination**:

- Liaise with the warehouse team to monitor stock levels and notify of shortages.
- Assist in updating inventory records and reconciling discrepancies.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Create and send quotations, invoices, and order confirmations to customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all orders and payments.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in commerce or related field is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales reporting and data entry.
- Familiarity with Tally software is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of inventory or order management systems is a plus.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
- **Organization**: Ability to handle multiple orders, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensures accuracy in processing orders and reports.
