Guest Relation Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Engagement**:
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance, information, and recommendations.
- Act as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments to fulfill special requests and resolve issues promptly.
- **Check-In/Check-Out Process**:
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Verify guest information, process payments, and issue room keys as per hotel policies.
- Ensure smooth transition for guests during arrival and departure, including luggage assistance if needed.
- **Problem Resolution**:
- Address guest concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Listen attentively to guest feedback and take appropriate actions to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Follow up with guests to ensure their concerns have been addressed and resolved effectively.
- **Concierge Services**:
- Provide information and assistance regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, and other activities for guests as requested.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, dining options, and tourist attractions to offer personalized recommendations.
- **Guest Recognition**:
- Maintain a database of guest preferences, special occasions, and past interactions to provide personalized service.
- Recognize and acknowledge repeat guests, VIPs, and loyalty program members with special amenities or gestures.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure special requests are fulfilled seamlessly.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest rooms and facilities are well-maintained and ready for occupancy.
- Communicate guest requests, room preferences, and special instructions to relevant staff members.
- Collaborate with front desk, reservations, and sales teams to optimize guest satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and preferences using hotel management software.
- Prepare daily reports on guest feedback, issues resolved, and special arrangements made.
- Assist with administrative duties such as handling guest mail, messages, and wake-up calls.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,863.77 - ₹35,421.64 per month
