Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs): Admin and Team Coordinator
- WhatsApp Nurturing for all clients and taking full responsibility of the same end-to-end including Nurturing documents, generating joining links, creatives and graphics for WhatsApp groups etc.
- Create and maintain computer
- and paper-based filing and organization systems for records, reports, documents, etc.
- Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Discretion and Confidentiality to be maintained which is of prime importance
- Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals
- Maintaining cordial relations with the clients.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Competency with using Google Sheets, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce reports and presentations for clients
