**Title**:
Document Controller cum Admin Assistant

**Document Control responsibilities**
- Basic Knowledge of Document Control process and processing of documents in an EDMS.
- Numbering and identification of documents
- Filing and organization of documents
- Control over documentation modification, distribution, issuance (as per procedure) during its whole lifecycle
- Updating of MDR/SDRL registers of applicable documents
- Distribution of documents within all levels of the project team and external parties
- Progress reporting on document status
- Checks compliance and quality of documents and revision control
- Interfaces with engineers, project quality team, sub-contractors and client

**Admin Assistant responsibilities**
- Providing general administrative support.
- Doing follow-up for a given task and maintaining electronic filing system / records for various departmental activities.
- Opening, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence to designated departments or individuals.
- Preparing PPT, reports, drafts as advised by team members.
- Scheduling and coordinating client meetings, key appointments and other arrangements for meetings.
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to department visitors etc.
