Area Sales Executive

**Job description**
As a Telecaller Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to proactively reach out to potential customers via telephone and promote our products or services. Your role is crucial in generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
**Cold Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or lists to introduce our products or services.
**Product Knowledge**: Acquire a deep understanding of our products or services, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
**Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads by assessing their needs, budget, and interest in our offerings.
**Sales Pitch**: Deliver an effective sales pitch to prospects, highlighting the value of our products or services and addressing their queries.
**Customer Relationship**: Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Appointment Setting**: Schedule meetings or product demonstrations with qualified leads for the sales team.
**Follow-Up**: Regularly follow up with leads and potential customers to provide additional information and nurture the sales process.
**Sales Closure**: Work on converting leads into actual sales by negotiating and closing deals.
**Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales, and customer information in the company's CRM system.
**Feedback**: Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions and market trends.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
