JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ADMIN AND MARKETING MANAGER
1. Ensure the overall functionality and cleanliness of the office space.
2. Manage office supplies and equipment, and coordinate maintenance as needed.
3. Maintain and organize important documents, records, and files.
4. Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
5. Facilitate communication between different departments and management.
6. Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
7. Take minutes at of Management Committee Meetings and ensure that all minutes are appropriately approved, recorded and filed.
8. Assist Management Committee members in carrying out various tasks.
9. Able to generate additional revenue for the Association by coordinating in various promotional campaigns by brands, agencies, companies etc.
10. Able to carry out additional tasks assigned by the Management as and when required.
Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Proven experience in administrative management.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹1,387,558.12 per year
