Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and strategic direction to ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of the school.
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions, including student enrollment, scheduling, attendance tracking, and record keeping.
- Manage human resources tasks such as recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating, and supervising school staff members.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment for students, staff, and visitors.
- Coordinate curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation in alignment with educational standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with teachers, department heads, and curriculum coordinators to monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement intervention strategies as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the broader community through effective communication, outreach efforts, and parent engagement initiatives.
- Manage the school budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure financial sustainability through responsible fiscal management.
- Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and educational trends to ensure compliance and promote continuous improvement in educational practices.
- Lead and participate in school improvement initiatives, accreditation processes, and professional development activities for staff members.
- Serve as a liaison between the school administration, governing board, and other stakeholders, representing the school's interests and advocating for its mission and vision.
- Handle disciplinary matters, conflicts, and crisis situations in a fair, consistent, and timely manner, following established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in school administration, educational leadership, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate staff, build consensus, and make effective decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of educational laws, regulations, and standards governing school operations.
- Experience with budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Ability to use technology effectively for administrative tasks, data analysis, and communication purposes.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Certification or licensure in educational administration may be required, depending on state or local regulations.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and meet other requirements as necessary for employment in an educational setting.
