**Administrative Management**:
- Supervise and manage administrative staff, ensuring their roles and responsibilities align with the school's objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations, including record-keeping, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between different departments within the school.
- **Facility Management**:
- Manage the school's facilities and infrastructure to ensure a safe and conducive environment for students and staff.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, and liaise with external service providers as needed.
- Monitor and manage the use of school facilities for events and activities.
- **Human Resources Support**:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new staff.
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with the HR department to address staff-related issues and concerns.
- **Financial Administration**:
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
- Monitor and manage expenditures, ensuring adherence to the allocated budget.
- Process invoices, maintain financial records, and provide regular reports to the school management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹38,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
