We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Marketing and Sales Executive** to join our team and help accelerate the adoption of our IoT solutions. Key Responsibilities:
**Marketing**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness and generate leads for StackIoT's products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity, using insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to create targeted marketing materials such as case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and product demos.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.

**Sales**:

- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential clients within the IoT sector.
- Qualify leads, conduct product demos, and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries, including manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and smart cities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client needs.
- Drive sales revenue by negotiating contracts, preparing quotations, and closing deals in alignment with company goals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of StackIoT Technologies.

**General**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in IoT technology, digital marketing, and sales strategies.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to represent StackIoT and network with potential clients and partners.
- Provide regular reports on marketing and sales activities, outcomes, and insights to the management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the technology or IoT sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Proven track record in lead generation, sales conversion, and relationship-building.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Self-motivated with a passion for technology and innovation.

Desired Skills:

- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of the IoT ecosystem and related technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and strategies.
