Travel Desk Executive

As a Travel Desk Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of travel arrangements for our CMD sir, including visa processing, flight ticket bookings, hotel reservations, and coordinating travel logistics. This dynamic role requires expertise in visa regulations, proficiency in travel booking systems, and excellent customer service skills to ensure a seamless travel experience for our CMD sir.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Visa Processing**:
- Ensure all visa-related documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements to avoid delays or rejections.
- **Flight Tickets Booking**:
- Handle the booking of domestic and international flight tickets for clients, utilizing travel booking systems to research options, compare prices, and secure reservations.
- Coordinate closely with airlines to confirm seat availability, schedule changes, and special requests, ensuring a smooth booking process.
- Monitor flight schedules and proactively communicate updates or changes to minimize disruptions to their travel plans.
- **Travel Booking and Hotel Reservations**:
- Assist in planning and booking their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Utilize travel booking platforms to research and book hotels, ensuring that accommodations meet CMD sir's preferences, budgetary constraints, and location requirements.
- Confirm hotel reservations, manage room preferences, and handle any special requests or arrangements as per CMD sir's specifications.
- **Immigration and Travel Logistics**:
- Coordinate travel logistics, including airport transfers, transportation arrangements, and itinerary planning, to ensure a seamless travel experience for CMD sir.
- Provide destination-specific information and travel tips to clients, including cultural insights, local attractions, and safety precautions.
- Assist CMD sir with immigration procedures, customs clearance, and other travel-related formalities to facilitate hassle-free entry and exit from destinations.
- **Ticketing and Reservation Execution**:
- Execute ticketing and reservation processes for both domestic and international travel, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with airline and travel agency policies.
- Manage ticket issuance, rebooking, cancellations, and refunds as needed, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain comprehensive records of travel bookings, ticketing transactions, and client preferences for future reference and reporting.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the travel industry, with expertise in visa processing, flight ticket bookings, and travel arrangements.
- In-depth knowledge of visa regulations, immigration procedures, and travel documentation requirements for various countries.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and travel partners.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Familiarity with domestic and international travel destinations, attractions, and travel trends.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
