Reception and Travel Desk

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests, vendors, and visitors in a pleasing, friendly, and helpful manner to maintain a presentable space for them, creating a positive first impression of the company.
- Handle travel bookings, including flight, train, and hotel reservations, for employees and guests, ensuring timely and accurate arrangements.
- Direct and navigate visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Relay messages to concerned departments, HODs, and Management.
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors as required.
- Maintain and keep all updated organizational profiles & collaterals.
- Perform support duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing of various documents.
- Update the activity and media boards in the reception area.
- Maintain an inward courier register and attendance register.
- Oversee the activities of other employees in the Front Office Area.
- Assist the HR Department during the interview process, maintaining files of pre-joining forms & assessments.
- Update the monthly calling sheet from various job portals and other sources.
- Provide assistance in general administrative activities to admin.
- Maintain the cleanliness, neatness, and discipline of the Office at all times.
- Proficient in MS Office Tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Experience in handling EPABX systems and travel booking
- Multitasking and goal-oriented
- Excellent PR skills and confident
- Customer service attitude
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
