Travel Desk Executive

ISOTEX also provides complete design, development and installation of complete heating plant from scratch, start to finish on turnkey basis serving as single source vendor for customers.
ISOTEX also undertakes integrated cogeneration systems, involving simultaneous generation of multiple energy sources viz power, heating and cooling. ISOTEX has executed number of EPC boiler and heater plants across the globe. Our expertise in Boiler and Heater plants that use a variety of fuels along with proven track record and timely execution with world class safety standards and reliable plant operations post commissioning, makes us the preferred EPC partner.
We are having state-of the art modern manufacturing facilities spread over total area of 60,000 Sqm at various locations with ASME, PED, GoST, DOSH certifications.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Travel Coordination**:
- Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa processing as required.
- Research and book the most cost-effective and convenient travel options while adhering to company travel policies and budgetary guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of travel itineraries, including flight details, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements.
- **Travel Documentation and Compliance**:
- Verify and ensure that all required travel documents, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance, are obtained and up-to-date for international travel.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on travel documentation requirements, visa procedures, and travel advisories for destination countries.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies, travel expense guidelines, and regulatory requirements related to travel documentation and expense reporting.
- **Vendor Management**:
- Establish and maintain relationships with travel vendors, including airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and transportation providers, to negotiate favorable rates and terms.
- Coordinate with travel partners to resolve issues, handle cancellations or changes, and ensure seamless travel experiences for employees.
- **Travel Support and Assistance**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding travel-related inquiries, assistance, and emergency support.
- Provide pre-travel guidance and information to employees, including travel advisories, destination insights, and health and safety recommendations.
- **Expense Reporting and Reconciliation**:
- Collect, review, and process travel expense reports submitted by employees, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile travel expenses against approved budgets and track expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities and trends.
- Bachelor's degree. BBA / BCA / BCom / BA or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in travel coordination, travel agency, or corporate travel management role.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems, such as MakemyTrip, Ibibo, Redbus and travel management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with travelers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and international travel procedures.
- Customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to travelers.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
