**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Travel Arrangements**:

- Coordinate and book flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel services for employees and executives.
- Ensure travel arrangements are within the company's travel policy and budget.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with vendors to secure the best deals.
- **Travel Itinerary Management**:

- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure employees are well-informed of their travel plans.
- Make adjustments to travel schedules as needed, handling cancellations and rebookings promptly.
- **Expense Management**:

- Monitor and track travel expenses, ensuring compliance with the company's travel policy.
- Assist employees with travel expense reports and reimbursement processes.
- **Communication and Support**:

- Provide timely and effective support to employees regarding travel-related inquiries and issues.
- Communicate travel policies and procedures to employees and ensure adherence.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and expenses.
- Prepare reports on travel expenditure, trends, and compliance for management review.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Stay updated on travel advisories, security issues, and health regulations.
- Ensure employees' safety and compliance with travel policies during trips.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the travel desk.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in corporate travel management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a corporate travel coordinator or similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- **Knowledge**:

- Understanding of corporate travel policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with visa and immigration processes.
