**Job Title**: Travel Desk Executive - Fresher
**Location**: Ahmedabad
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with booking and managing travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Respond to travel-related queries from employees and clients in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with vendors, travel agencies, and hotels for efficient travel solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all travel documents are in order.
- Support in expense tracking and reconciliation related to travel activities.
- Assist in identifying cost-effective travel options while maintaining quality and convenience.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
