**Job Summary**:
The Travel Desk Executive will act as the representative of **All 4 Seasons** at the client site, managing end-to-end travel arrangements, including ticketing, visa processing, hotel bookings, and accounts clearance. This role requires excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills to ensure a seamless travel experience for the client while maintaining high service standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:1. Travel Management:
- Handle domestic and international ticket bookings for the client.
- Coordinate hotel reservations and ground transportation based on travel requirements.
2. Accounts Management:
- Maintain detailed records of travel expenses and reconcile accounts for the client.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices and follow up on payments as per agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with the finance team to address any discrepancies in accounts.
3. Client Representation:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, addressing travel-related queries and providing prompt assistance.
- Represent **All 4 Seasons** professionally and ensure client satisfaction at all times.
- Liaise between the client and internal teams to resolve issues and meet service expectations.
4. Vendor Coordination:
- Work with airlines, hotels, and travel service providers to secure the best deals for the client.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure high-quality services are delivered.
5. Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare regular reports on travel bookings, expenses, and pending accounts.
- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with the client's policies and industry standards.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role, with hands-on experience in ticketing, visas, and hotel bookings.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for ticketing.
- Strong understanding of visa procedures and hotel booking platforms.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

**Work Environment**:
