**Role: Inside Sales Business Development Representative (BDR)**

**Role**:
As an Inside Sales Business Development Representative (BDR) at Ambee, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, generating new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategic initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, social selling, and networking events.
- Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification of leads to assess their fit with Ambee's solutions and determine their level of interest, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with prospects by understanding their pain points, challenges, and goals, and positioning Ambee as a valuable solution provider.
- Execute timely follow-up on Marketing QLs and inbound inquiries, qualifying prospects
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the products, industry trends and competition
- Make cold calls, generate leads, and set new meetings with prospective North American & EU clients in the Pharma & Advertising industry.
- Contact and qualify leads generated from inbound queries, trade shows, networking, strategic accounts, prospective clients, etc.
- Build and manage relationships with a target list of direct clients and partners at all levels - "C" and operational/managerial levels.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems with accurate and up-to-date information on leads, contacts, activities, and opportunities to ensure effective pipeline management and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, MBA would be an advantage
- 2-3 years of experience in selling a SaaS/API product (in a B2B setting)
- Proficiency with prospecting and CRM tools (Hubspot, Apollo.io & Lusha)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with interdepartmental teams and international clientele.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Knowledge of environmental or sustainability issues is a plus.
