Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Intern to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). This is a 6-month internship where you will gain hands-on experience in sales and business development. As a BDR intern, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential leads and learning the art of relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
  • Reach out to leads through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in our product/services.
  • Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team for further engagement.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus but not mandatory.
