Business Development Representative

At Backstreet Brewery, we are looking for a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. This full-time hybrid role is based in Bengaluru and involves generating event leads, visiting corporate offices, and coordinating with incoming queries.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and sales processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and pitch effectively. Previous experience in the hospitality or events industry is a plus.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and establish strong relationships with existing and new accounts. The role involves a mix of onsite and offsite work, offering a great balance between office life and client interactions.
We estimate that the annual salary for this position is around ₹8,50,000 - ₹11,00,000 depending on experience.
