Inside Sales Representative
Responsible for renewing, up-selling, and closing of maintenance/service/license contracts for assigned region or account. Increases renewal sales for assigned region or account(s). Demonstrates knowledge of the organization’s various products and maintenance contracts. Educates customers on business practices and associated contractual implications. Ensures customer awareness and understanding of applicable product elements. Must meet sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements. Maintain account team relationships and transfers leads as appropriate.
- Create, maintain and execute a business plan for the assigned territory with goals and objectives, based on opportunity, customer needs, and Adobe's strategic direction, working in conjunction with the Territory Sales Managers.
- Define the sales strategy through a Strategic Territory Plan to increase customer footprint for Adobe’s offerings in the territory.Build a process of strategic territory mapping and relationships leveraging presales, consulting, License Compliance, BDR's and the partner management teams.
- Ability to build C Level relationships with CMOs, CIOs, CEOs via value based selling involving ROI analysis and being able to build an abstraction between the technology itself and the core business benefits which are easily understandable by C Level executives at customers
- Sound Business acumen around Forecasting and Pipeline Management. Maintain regular pipeline forecasts and provide business health checks to senior sales management.
- Consistently reinforce the importance of Adobe's Core Values.
- Demonstrated track record of high agency & willingness to work with customers & virtual teams.
- Very familiar with the Sales process & adept at phone/ video sales.
- Ensure that proper security & legal compliance measures are applied and followed at all times.
