**Job description**

**Designation**: Inside Sales Representative

**Job Type**: Contract

**Job Location**: Bangalore, Pune, Indore

Generating new ISV/Customer Leads from the DB provided and drive it to closures with TCR field sales team.

**Job Summary**
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

**Must Have Skills/Knowledge**:

- 1- 3 years of experience in team handling from similar business areas, such as vendors, services providers, system integrators, cloud resellers and/or ISVs
- Proven inside sales experience
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
