Compliance Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- **Statutory Compliance**: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
- **HR Audits**: Conduct audits and rectify discrepancies in HR practices.
- **Factory Act**: Ensure compliance with the Factory Act and safety regulations.
- **Labor Laws**: Ensure adherence to labor laws and resolve disputes.
- **Sedex Compliance**: Conduct Sedex audits and implement corrective actions.
- **Training**: Develop and deliver compliance training programs.
- **Documentation**: Maintain records and prepare compliance reports.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, HR, or related field; Master's or certification preferred.
- 5+ years in compliance, ideally in garment and paint export.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance, HR audits, labor laws, Factory Act, and Sedex, Payroll.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and compliance software.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
