**Roles& Responsibilities**
- Responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization and advise management on the implications of these changes.
- Responsible for developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, and procedures to prevent and detect violations of laws and regulations.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, and the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Draft and revise contracts.
- Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses.
- Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk.
- Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- CS (Mandotory), business administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer
- Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Integrity and professional ethics
- Teamwork skills
