The Customer Support Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers by answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with the information and support they need.

**Responsibilities**
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager
- Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

**Qualifications**
- Any degree
- 1 - 2 years of customer service experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹250,000.21 - ₹400,000.21 per year
