Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Global Dynamic Talent Solutions. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, pharmaceutical representatives, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and Greeting Patients: The ideal candidate will be able to greet patients, pharmaceutical representatives, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner, answering any questions they may have.
  • Scheduling Appointments: You will be responsible for scheduling appointments for patients, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintaining Records: The successful candidate will be able to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, including medical history and treatment plans.
  • Assisting with Medical Forms: You will be responsible for assisting patients with filling out medical forms, ensuring that all necessary information is completed accurately.
  • Processing Payments: The ideal candidate will be able to process payments for patients, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Transcribing Physician Notes: You will be responsible for transcribing physician notes, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded.
  • Answering Phone Calls: The successful candidate will be able to answer multi-line phone calls, transferring calls to the correct department or person as needed.
  • Maintaining Confidentiality: You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of patient and doctor information, ensuring that all sensitive information is kept secure.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Customer Service Experience: The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You will need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients, pharmaceutical representatives, and vendors.
  • Attention to Detail: The successful candidate will need to have a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all records and information are accurate and up-to-date.
