**Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Generate leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.

**Client Engagement**:

- Initiate contact with potential clients to present our products or services.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to prospects.

**Sales Process Management**:

- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and update client information.

**Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals while maximizing profitability.
- Overcome objections and address concerns to facilitate the sales process.
- Secure signed contracts and agreements.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or inquiries.

**Market Research and Feedback**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding client needs and market demands.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or telesales role.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
