**Qualification: B.Com / BE / B Tech - Electrical / M.Com**
**Experience Level**: Minimum 0 -01 years of experience in Business Development. With a minimum 1 Years of work experience in Renewable energy sector will be given Preference.
**Responsibilities**:
We are looking to expand our territory & are looking for **Solar Sales Executive - **Project & Industrial sales
- who have a proven track record in Solar Panel & Power Industry.
**1-** **Lead Identification -** Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. (Research for new market opportunities, Generating quality leads through online & offline marketing campaigns & Client follow-up for meetings).
**2-** **Schedule Meetings - **Able to align first level of meeting to explain Solar Systems, Company Profile & provide require solutions to client as per the current reequipments.
**3-** **Follow Ups - **Timely Follow up with Clients till project finalization & Internal Coordination with Reporting Manager.
**Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00/-per month & Incentives depends upon performance.**
**1- Experience Level**:Minimum **0-06 months Exp
- ₹15,000/- to Rs, 17,000/- & Plus Supplemental Incentives—Performance Incentives -25% & Yearly Bonus - 30%)**
**2- Experience Level**: Minimum **06months-01 years Exp
- 18,000/- to 20,000/- & Plus Supplemental Incentives—Performance Incentives -35% & Yearly Bonus - 40%)**
