We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our Women Ethnic Store located in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, provide assistance in product selection, and create a positive shopping experience.
- Promote and sell products to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with fashion trends and styles to provide customers with accurate information and recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handle cash, credit card and other payment methods, and maintain proper records.
- Assist with visual merchandising, display and stocking of products to ensure that the store is well presented and organized.
- Manage inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the Store Manager.
- Attend training and development sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner and escalate to the Store Manager when required.
- Contribute to the overall success of the store by achieving individual sales targets and supporting the sales team to achieve store sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a Women Ethnic wear or a related retail industry.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to engage with customers to understand their needs.
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of the Women Ethnic wear industry, fashion trends and products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and support team members.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash, credit card and other payment methods.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying boxes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:
