Job Title: Sales Executive

Type: Full-Time

**Salary**: 2.4L - 4.2L per annum

As a Sales Executive at Magnus Publications, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our school books and educational materials. You will work closely with educational institutions, educators, and distributors to drive sales growth and establish lasting relationships that align with our commitment to quality and excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.

2. **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.

3. **Product Knowledge**: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Magnus Publications' catalog of school books and educational resources. Be prepared to provide product information and answer questions from customers.

4. **Sales Presentations**: Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our educational materials.

5. **Market Research**: Stay informed about educational trends, curriculum changes, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and challenges in the market.

6. **Customer Support**: Provide post-sales support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

7. **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

8. **Collaboration**: Collaborate with the marketing and editorial teams to align sales efforts with product development and marketing campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the educational publishing industry or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
