Job Summary:
Ankura Homes is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience and Senior Sales Executive with a minimum 6 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should hold an MBA in Sales from a top business school and will be responsible for supporting and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, increase brand visibility, and achieve sales targets. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to implement sales campaigns, manage client relationships, and coordinate sales events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Execution: Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies that align with the company's objectives in the real estate sector.
- Lead Generation: Drive lead generation activities through networking, market research, and leveraging digital marketing channels to attract potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with timely and effective solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
