As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across your assigned territory, expanding market penetration, and building strong customer relationships. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Identify high-potential customer segments and execute targeted sales strategies.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments to maintain cash flow.
  • Offer tailored solutions by understanding customer needs through market visits.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate inquiries and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit timely MIS reports, providing insights on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and team to foster a collaborative sales culture.
  • Continuously suggest process improvements based on customer feedback and market analysis.

Education:
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Work Experience:
3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented attitude.
