Job Summary:
Ankura Homes is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience and Senior Sales Executive with a minimum 6 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should hold an MBA in Sales from a top business school and will be responsible for supporting and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, increase brand visibility, and achieve sales targets. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to implement sales campaigns, manage client relationships, and coordinate sales events.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Execution : Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies that align with the company's objectives in the real estate sector.
Lead Generation: Drive lead generation activities through networking, market research, and leveraging digital marketing channels to attract potential clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with timely and effective solutions.
Sales Presentations: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
Market Research : Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Event Coordination : Plan and manage sales events, property showcases, and client meetings to enhance client engagement and drive sales.
Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and agencies to support promotional activities and sales campaigns.
Sales Reporting : Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and activities.
Budget Management : Assist in managing the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
Qualifications:
Education: MBA in Sales from top business schools.
Experience : Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Preferred Attributes:
