Business Development Manager (BDM)
Experience Level: Mid-level
**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
**Responsibilities**:
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, opportunities, and pipeline.
Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and reach.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and product enhancements.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective strategies.
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Experience in the technology industry or related field is a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,979.00 per month
