**Key Responsibilities**:
- Business Development:_
- Identify and research potential business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute campaigns and promotional activities.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build industry connections and promote the company.
- Track and report on business development metrics and KPIs to measure success and refine strategies.
- Administrative Duties:_
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Handle office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and overseeing general office operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, organizing training sessions, and maintaining employee records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Key Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record in business development and sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
