Executive Assistant

We are seeking a versatile and proactive HR Operations Generalist cum Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position is designed for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who will provide comprehensive HR support while simultaneously delivering high-level administrative assistance to Founders.
Key Responsibilities:
**HR Operations**:
- **Employee Onboarding and Offboarding**:
- Recruiting & Scheduling Interviews for management team
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed.
- Facilitate smooth offboarding processes, including exit interviews and the return of company property.
- **HR Administration**:
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits programs and liaise with vendors.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare regular HR metrics and reports for management.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the resolution of employee issues and conflicts in collaboration with the HR Director.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide high-level administrative support to Founders/CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate and organize HR team meetings, events, and training sessions
- **Office Management**:
- Oversee office supplies and equipment management.
- Maintain an organized and professional office environment.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR operations and/or executive assistance.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
