**Job Title: Client Service Representative**

**Location: FitClub, Sushant Lok Phase 1, Gurgaon**

Fitclub is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused **Client Engagement Specialist** to join our team. As the first point of contact for our members, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing client needs, and ensuring a seamless experience for everyone at Fitclub.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Operations**: Greet members and guests with a positive attitude, check them in, and provide information about Fitclub’s services, facilities, and policies.
- **Membership Assistance**: Handle inquiries about memberships, programs, and promotions while assisting with new member sign-ups and renewals.
- **Customer Support**: Address client questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- **Facility Management**: Ensure the reception area and common spaces are clean, organized, and fully stocked with promotional materials.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Assist members in booking personal training sessions, classes, or other services.
- **Payment Processing**: Process membership payments, manage billing inquiries, and update account information as needed.
- **Promotions and Upselling**: Inform clients about special offers, events, and new services to enhance their membership experience.
- **Client Engagement**: Build relationships with members to encourage loyalty and retention, providing personalized support as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including fitness trainers and sales teams, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the fitness, hospitality, or wellness industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for health and fitness, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
