Front Office Executive

The Front Office Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing the front desk operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy of all reservations and guest details.
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately, taking messages when necessary.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, lobby, and guest service area.
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and resolved in a timely manner.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests and staff.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or hotel front desk operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be fluent in English(Knowing to speak Tamil is an added advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in computer software systems, including MS Office and hotel management software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
