- The function of the department:
To attend to queries of customer and to resolve them
- importance and contribution towards the organization

**Key Responsibilities**
- Attend to calls professionally to provide information about products and services.
- Promoting financial products
- Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns
- Handle returns or complaints
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken.
- Cross selling of Mutual fund and SIP to the existing set of clients. (This will account for only 10% of the overall KRA target).

**Qualifications**
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Self motivated & drive to achieve.
- Ability to listen and should possess problem solving skills

**Role Proficiencies**:

- Knowledge

Graduate from Any Stream

Able to act independently and be self-motivated

Effective verbal and written communication and time management skills with the ability to act autonomously while being a team player.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details

**Abilities**

Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

**Salary**: ₹15,647.78 - ₹20,731.21 per month
