Customer Service Executive

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative specializing in query resolution, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience by addressing incoming queries, concerns, and issues. Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate and timely resolutions through effective communication and problem solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and manage inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with product-related queries, concerns, or issues.
- Demonstrate professionalism and a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
- Analyze and understand customer queries to provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Research and gather information to effectively address customer concerns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues through effective problem-solving techniques
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
- Stay updated on product features, specifications, and any changes in policies or procedures.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, ensuring a positive and empathetic interaction.
- Provide information in a concise and easy-to-understand manner.
- Provide feedback to relevant departments regarding common customer concerns.Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.
