Service Coordinator

**We can offer you the following tasks**:
- Maintain and update record of Field Service department data like
- Enquiry register, Daily report, Project documentation etc.
- Handling of C4S, SEPS, update Training data and customer feedback on Server.
- Coordinate for Travel authorization, ticket booking, Taxi and Hotel booking, etc.
- Record and track of customer complaint, and resolution index.
- MIS reporting as per specified schedule and provide relevant data to Field Service manager.
- Monitor and collect service report, timesheet and send complete set to accounts for invoicing.
- Support service team for Gate pass etc specially with Naval Dockyard/NSRY and Other Naval projects.
- Maintaining record of tools for their calibration and position. Issue of site required tool, updating system.
- PR generation, track of vendor development, Customer feedback Track of timely support for Sales team like costing, preparation of LPP record and provide technical documentation required for customer.
- Support Field Service team and coordinate with Customer and IGC team as and when required for Service attendance and Technical query.
- Handling of C4S and SEPS and Improvement in response time, increase customer satisfaction, identify growth area by data analysis.
- Maintain MIS data of service team and keep track on projects profitability and prepare monthly reporting of Field Service data. Keep all the records in line and properly maintain it to help the customer tracking and speedup the process.
- Technical understanding of the product, basics of IC engine and Data handling
- Ability to work independently with confidence and patience and at times under stress.
- Ability to handle the coordinator role and meet tight schedules along with field service customer communication.
- Good communication and data handling and presentation skills.
- Good team player.
- Willingness to work in demanding work situation.
- Disciplined & Team Player
- Handling of Customer Service and exposure to projects.
- Good command in English language (written and verbal).
- C4S, SEPS and Training data handling and management
- Maintain various Formats for Service team, update tracking data on last overhaul done and running hrs.
- Good command in English language (written and verbal).
- Comply with all statutory documentation as per quality systems. Strictly adherence to HSSE, quality standards & compliance matters of the company.
