Position: IT Coordinator
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (We are looking candidates who are open to relocate)
Experience: 1-2 Years in IT
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Coordinator to join our client’s team in Riyadh. This role is crucial in supporting our IT operations by coordinating and managing IT-related tasks, resolving issues, and acting as the point of contact for any technical difficulties. The IT Coordinator will play an essential role in troubleshooting and tracking IT issues, ensuring smooth operations across all departments.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years in an IT support or coordination role, preferably in a small corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of computer networks, software troubleshooting, and user support.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Act as the primary contact for IT-related concerns, including hardware, software, and network issues. Provide first-level support to resolve minor issues and escalate as necessary.
- Problem Management: Track, document, and monitor IT-related problems and bugs, ensuring timely resolution. Work closely with the IT team and relevant departments to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and external support when necessary. Ensure all IT services are functioning optimally and any disruptions are addressed promptly.
- Incident Tracking: Maintain logs of IT incidents, analyze recurring issues, and suggest improvements to reduce downtime.
- Documentation: Create and update documentation for IT processes, procedures, and best practices. Maintain an organized repository for easy access and reference.
- User Training: Assist in training employees on new software and technologies to optimize productivity and ensure a smooth transition to new systems.
- Asset Management: Assist in the management of IT assets, including inventory tracking, procurement support, and equipment maintenance.
