We are looking for an experienced ITSM Consultant with extensive knowledge of implementing Ivanti products to join our client's team remotely.


Job Summary: As an ITSM Consultant specializing in Ivanti, you will be responsible for delivering expert guidance and support in implementing IT Service Management solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to assess their needs, design effective strategies, and ensure the successful deployment of Ivanti tools to improve IT service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their ITSM requirements and provide tailored solutions using Ivanti products.
  • Conduct assessments of current IT service processes and recommend improvements based on best practices and industry standards.
  • Lead the implementation of Ivanti solutions, including Ivanti Service Manager, ensuring alignment with ITIL frameworks.
  • Develop and facilitate training sessions and workshops for client staff on ITSM processes and Ivanti functionalities.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Ivanti applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, process workflows, and training materials.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in ITSM and Ivanti technologies, providing clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met and client objectives are achieved.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an ITSM Consultant or in a similar role with a focus on Ivanti solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of Ivanti products, particularly Ivanti Service Manager and Ivanti Asset Management.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices in IT service management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to clients and team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective client relationships.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Ivanti certifications) are highly desirable
