Corporate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their gifting requirements and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on suitable gift options based on client needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
2. Program Coordination:
- Develop and implement efficient processes for managing bulk gifting programs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source, procure, and customize gifts as per client specifications.
- Oversee logistics, including packaging, shipping, and delivery of bulk gift orders.
3. Quality Control:
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the excellence of each gift.
- Conduct regular inspections of gift items to verify adherence to client standards.
- Address any quality concerns promptly and proactively.
4. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of client preferences, inventory levels, and order details.
- Utilize data to analyse trends, optimize processes, and provide insights for future bulk gifting programs.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to align bulk gifting programs with overall business objectives.
- Foster positive relationships with external partners, including suppliers and logistics providers.
6. Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve any issues related to bulk gifting promptly.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and implement preventive measures.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs):
1. Client Satisfaction:
- Client feedback and satisfaction scores.
- Timely resolution of client issues and concerns.
2. Operational Efficiency:
- Accuracy and timeliness in executing bulk gifting programs.
- Streamlining processes for improved efficiency.
3. Quality Assurance:
- Adherence to quality control measures.
- Minimization of defects or errors in gift items.
4. Data Management:
- Accuracy and completeness of data records.
- Effective use of data for program optimization.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Positive feedback from cross-functional teams.
- Timely and clear communication with clients and external partners.
6. Problem Resolution:
- Timely resolution of issues related to bulk gifting programs.
- Proactive identification and mitigation of potential challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the gifting industry and trends.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
