**Personal Assistant**

**Responsibilities**
- **Working with CEO and assisting him with his vertical businesses.**
- **Should have client handling experience**
- Experience in coordination with vendors, internal team members.
- Manage and maintain **CEO's** calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings and conference calls.
- Will have to assist CEO in all the business verticals.
- Strong Excel and Power point knowledge.
- Experience in MIS compilation.
- Has knowledge and experience of P&L balance sheets.
- Draft and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents on behalf of CEO.
- Complete monthly expense reconciliation for CEO’s.
- Secure appropriate signatures and track documents through the approval process on behalf of CEO.
- Serve as a liaison with internal staff at all levels.
- Provide assistant and support to Vice President, Strategic Operations on various projects such as new employee onboarding, calendar planning and staff communication, etc.
- Prepare agendas for meetings, briefing materials and presentations as needed to support the CEO.
- Provide administrative support to CEO in order to increase his availability for executive level responsibilities
- Should be Passionate, enthusiastic, confident, presentable, team player, with good judgment and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities; proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with little direction.
- Strong problem solving skills are required

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
