- Personal Assistant Duties_
**Administrative Support**:
1. Manage the executive’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
3. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
4. Organize and maintain files and records.
**Coordination and Communication**:
1. Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
2. Coordinate and attend meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
3. Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
- Accounts Duties_
**Basic Accounting**:
1. Manage accounts payable and receivable.
2. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
3. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
4. Manage bank work and payments from office
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
