Personal Assistant

As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Director's professional and personal life. You will handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
As a **Personal Assistant,** your responsibilities will include
- Maintain and organize the Director's daily schedule.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Remind the Director of upcoming commitments.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, and materials, and take minutes if necessary.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
- Prioritize and manage tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate projects and initiatives as assigned by the Director.
- Provide personal support as needed, such as managing household tasks and coordinating family commitments.
- Handle sensitive information and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
**Qualification Required**
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
