Position Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Sector 45, Gurugram

Job Summary:
The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide high-level administrative support to the executive by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. The PA will ensure smooth running of the executive’s daily activities, managing both professional and personal tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Manage and maintain executive’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- **Document Management**: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain a well-organized filing system.
- **Research**: Conduct research on various topics, compile data, and prepare reports for review.
- **Event Coordination**: Plan and coordinate events, both professional and personal, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
- **Project Management**: Assist in managing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- **Personal Errands**: Handle personal tasks and errands for the executive, including but not limited to shopping, booking personal appointments, and managing household tasks.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- **Office Supplies**: Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address issues and solve problems in a proactive and efficient manner.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
